Export-It Updates for EXDOC (RFP/SEWs), CMR (EDN/CRNs,etc), Babel Bridge (FIs) & 1-Stop (PRAs)

Note:

If you are updating a PC running Windows NT, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista* or Win7 please ensure you are logged on as the intended user and have administrator or power-user rights to ensure the update can run properly! If logging into a domain, ensure the domain administrator has given you rights to administer your own PC.

*Note: Under Vista you may have to turn the UAC (User Access Control) "OFF".

What Version of Export-It am I currently running?

To find out what version you are running, start up ExportIt (version Q-15 and above) or RFP's and look at the top left hand corner. You should be able to see either 'Syscob's Export-It Software v???' or  'RFP Processing v4.1???", where the '???' is the version number. 

NOTE: 

You may need to run more than one update to reach the current version, vC-30. Ensure each update has successfully applied before attempting the next update.

Please select one of the following options to begin your updates...

• I am currently running version B-29 of Export-It

   

• I am currently running version A-28 or B-28 of Export-It

   

• I am currently running version Y-26 or Y-26a of Export-It (SEDI_EXP)

UPDATE-A  Export-It Update !
Version v4.1P-14 (25/6/2004) for versions of v4.1M-11 (e.g. v4.1M-11b), v4.1N-12 & v4.1o-13

V4.1P-14 contains the latest AQIS EXDOC errata 14 changes which includes new notify parties on Certficate Requests for Grain commodities plus new product type codes and Cut/Category Codes. Also included are errata 13 changes such as a Consignee Import Reference Number field for those importing countries that require it. This update also includes the latest AHECC code changes as well as the latest Dairy Category Codes.Also included from Errata 12 Treatment End dates, Grower Numbers,  Lot Numbers and Border Ports. Also the import permit number has been enlarged from 20 characters to 35 as allowed by AQIS.

Note 1: In order to update Export-It to version 4.1P-14 you must have a version v4.1M-11 (e.g. v4.1M-11b) or v4.1N-12 (e.g. v4.1M-12a) or v4.1o-13 already installed. If not ....

Note 2: To find out what version you are running, start up RFP's and look at the top left hand corner. You should be able to see 'RFP Processing v4.1???", where the '?' is your version number. 

Note 3: Before commencing the update, ensure that you have a current backup of Export-It, by keeping a copy of the entire 'EXPORTIT' folder/directory (including sub-folders/directorys) from the computer that Export-It runs on (or the server, if across a network). 

To Run the Update:
Please download the one file to a temporary directory on the local hard drive. Do NOT run the update from the web! Double click the 'exp4P14M11.exe' file once the file has been downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions. This update must be completed on all computers running Export-It. 
Note for Updating across Networks: If you are running Export-It on a workstation across a network, you will need to run the update and choose option B on each workstation. Update A only needs to be run once from either a workstation with Export-It installed or on the server itself but only if the server has an Export-It group of shortcuts. If there are no Export-It shortcuts on the server then the update A update should be performed on a single workstation with Export-It installed.

UPDATE-B  Export-It Update !
Version v4.1M-11d (07/10/2003) for versions of v4.1K-7 (e.g. v4.1K-7a) or v4.1M-11 (e.g. v4.1M-11b)

V4.1M-11d allows users to access RFP FOB values at COMP status for SEW's and Dairy as well as fixing the number of SEW RFPs you can store on your PC. This update also contains the latest ACS AHECC codes as well as the latest AQIS EXDOC Cut codes and product codes for Errata 11. It also includes the ability to handle EXDOC's new Fish Storage Esablishments and Origin/Catching Zones.  

Note : You will need Update A after performing this update and testing that Export-It starts up without any errors.

Note 1: In order to update Export-It to version 4.1M-11d you must have a version 4.1K-7 (e.g. v4.1K-7a) or v4.1M-11 (e.g. v4.1M-11b) already installed. If not ....

This update contains the latest ACS AHECC codes as well as the latest AQIS EXDOC Cut codes and product codes.It also includes the ability to handle EXDOC's new Remote Print files that should contain information identifying what RFP a remote print belongs to, as well as allowing  the FOB and currency details to be modified after a RFP status of COMP.  

Note : You will need Update B after performing this update and testing that Export-It starts up without any errors.

Export-It Codes Patch !  
For versions from v4.1P-14c up to v7.3Q-16a

This patch contains the latest 1-STOP Commodity codes that can only be used from 6AM on the 14/3/2005. No earlier.

If you have a version of Export-It greater than v7.3Q-16a (i.e. vR-17a) then the latest codes will be on your system as they were included in the update from v7.3Q-16a.

This file will replace your existing 1-STOP Commodity codes file. Some codes may remain the same others will be removed.

To Run the Update:
Please download the linked file below to a temporary directory on the local hard drive by right mouse clicking on the link below and choose 'Save Target as...' and save it to a temporary folder/directory on your local PC. Do NOT run the update from the web! Double click the 'EP_patch.exe' file once it has been downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions. This update need only be run on ONLY one PC running Export-It.
